FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Oak Ridge Military Academy is a non-profit
corporation. Tuition and fee payments allow the school to strengthen
programs, compensate faculty, and operate with fiscal responsibility.
Students are enrolled at the Academy under contract, from the
time of registration until the end of the school year.

2008 Summer Program.
Tuition includes the educational program, meals and male haircuts; dry cleaning
is provided to boarding cadets. Textbooks are provided for the school
year for the above rental fee. Cadets will be charged replacement
cost for textbooks that are lost or damaged. Tuition does not include
incidental expenses such as: transportation to/from medical or dental
appointments, airport, train station, etc.; school supplies; medical
supplies; alterations; additional uniform purchases; laundry overages(over
15 lbs/wk); daily boarding fees during school breaks; or damage
to or loss of school property.
A non-refundable reservation fee of $1,000.00 (certified check or wire transfer)
is due immediately upon acceptance and will be applied toward tuition
payment.
A parent or guardian must be present at registration
unless payment arrangements and necessary paperwork is completed
in advance.
Tuition Payment Guidelines: Official check, certified
check, or wire transfer will be required for all tuition payments.
International students must pay tuition in US funds. Each international
student must pay a $2,000 VISA processing fee to offset the administrative
costs associated with their enrollment.
• Cadets will be discharged if any student account
payments become delinquent by more than thirty days.
• Students are enrolled at the Academy,
under contract, from the time of registration until the end of the
school year. Upon separation from the Academy for any reason whatsoever
– including withdrawal or dismissal - the outstanding account balance
will be immediately due and payable without notice. Additionally,
any scholarship award will be voided, and the scholarship amount
will be owed to the Academy.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM:
Oak Ridge Military Academy awards scholarships based on merit. The program is
available to re-enrolling as well as new cadets. The program support
is for one year, but students remain eligible throughout their years
at the Academy. In the event of the cadet's separation from the
Academy for any reason whatsoever, including withdrawal or dismissal,
any scholarship award will be voided, i.e. scholarship amount will
be owed to ORMA.
