Theresa B. Lloyd is a native of Kelly, North Carolina. She is a 1996 graduate of North Carolina A&T University, where she earned a B.A. in English. She was employed by Oak Ridge Military Academy for five years before her first son was born in 1997. She returned to Oak Ridge in October 2003 when her husband, Carl Lloyd, accepted the position of Commandant of Cadets. She is the Registrar in the Academic Office. In this position Mrs. Lloyd is the contact person for all cadet records, past and present. She is also the primary assistant to the Academic Dean. In her spare time, Mrs. Lloyd enjoys spending time with her two sons and reading mystery and romance novels.
